Washoku Japanese Cuisine - Lone Tree

If you find yourself near Lone Tree or Park Meadows Mall, you absolutely must try this restaurant, especially the sushi! After traveling the world for 35 years, I can confidently say that the sushi here is on par with the best I've ever had. The sushi chef, Yandri, elevates flavor, complexity, and artistry to a level that surpasses any other sushi restaurant I've visited in Colorado. Seriously, don't hesitate—make a beeline for this place!

The food is excellent! There's truly nothing like it in Lone Tree. The staff is fantastic, creating a warm and family-friendly atmosphere. This has become our new go-to meeting spot.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly nice and friendly. The service is quick and efficient. I tried the maguro, which was fresh and served in a generous portion. I've also had the bento lunch several times, and it's a fantastic deal considering the amount of food you receive. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Japanese cuisine. Even if you’re not a fan, you should still give it a try – it just might change your perspective!
