Was happily surprised despite me being one of those duh i dont knwo what i want guests. worked with me, figured out what i wanted. got home, thought it wasn 't. I was happily wrong. It was. They do. Go get this.
Just stood in the lobby for 8 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone while everyone else was helped. After about 10 minutes of me making eye contact with the manager asked “if we’d be helped” as if he hadn’t been staring at us for the past 10 minutes. It’s take 30 seconds to grab chocolate out of the case but they’d rather help customers that want Icecream so that’s fine we won’t ever be returning and the 3 staff members including the manager that allowed 2 guests to go 10 minutes without acknowledgment should be fired.
On February 1st at 5 pm me and my daughter went here to get some ice cream and the customer service was outstanding, I don’t remember her name but she definitely deserves a raise
I ordered a like it size of French vanilla with Snickers topping mixed in. I watched the worker scoop out the the French vanilla bucket, but for some reason after it had been mixed, had bits of pink in it and tasted lightly of cherry. Concerned that tools are not being cleaned in between mixing customizations? Also, the Snickers tasted old and were hard as rocks. I couldn 't even chew it for fear of breaking a tooth. It makes me wonder how often they rotate out the toppings. Yuck.
Waited in line 20 minutes ...Ice cream was tasteless and not creamy.,.mix in containers were gross and not clean ....atmosphere was blah a couple of tables...front steps outside are dangerous! (Double) way overpriced for product sold....will go elsewhere .. disappointed
