Arby's - Londontowne

Was served a strawberry lemonade when I asked for peach. I asked for sauce for my to-go meal and did not receive it.

Who doesn't love an Arby's sandwich...just wished this Arby's wasn't soooo slow. I've been here several times...same result...I don't mind slow but getting your food here is ridiculously slow.

Lazy staff. When taking my order in drive thru the staff were talking on cell phone, they were slow, got order wrong and too

Got a roast beef and cheddar sandwich with a moldy bun. Contacted customer support and was told I'd be reached out to by the store but it has been a week and I haven't been contacted.edit: after a week, I was finally offered a refund.

Place seemed very clean inside, including bathroom, ordering area and dining room. Dining room was excessively cold. Who needs blasting A/C when the weather is 72 deg? Food was good. To get picky, the cheese wasn't melted on my sandwich and the chicken was a little chewy, but everything tasted good. Grabbed the sweaters from the car and the place was comfortable enough to eat and relax for a while before hitting the road.
