Kfc Taco Bell - Londonderry

The worst experience I've ever had. Got an UberEATS order and it took me 10 minutes to drive here. Spoke to the worker at the front counter and they told me it shouldn't be much longer. I've been waiting over 30 minutes for my order when customers whocame in after me got their food first. The workers take there sweet time and don't care about the customers. Make it waitingalmost 50 minutes and they say they don't have the order after speaking to 3 different workers. Never come here in your life.Save your money and take it where the workers are competent.

Stopped in for lunch. Not a soul here. Waiting 25 minutes for one meal. Guy at the window didn't even acknowledge my existence. No one's taking their jobs seriously. Behind the counter acting like children playing hide the pickle this location used to begood now it's a joke. Oh and they forget a fork or a spoon so I'll eat my famous bowl with my fingers thanks.

My wife and I were returning from a trip to Boston and it was around 8pm on a Saturday evening. The drive-thru was slammed so I decided to go into the store. Kind of an interesting setup with a Taco Bell and a KFC together. Nice spacious dining room and itwasn't nearly as greasy as other KFC's I've been in. It took a while before someone would take our order and they gave us aheads up that it would take a while because everyone was ordering KFC at the drive-thru but we did anyway. The wait for our foodwas not too bad and everything was hot and seemed somewhat fresh. My only complaint is the bun on top of my chicken sandwich wasalmost petrified. It was the most stale bun I have ever gotten in any sort of fast food establishment, but the rest of thesandwich was great. My wife ordered a mashed potato and gravy and it was nice and hot. Even being as busy as they were itwasn't too bad of an experience just a little lacking on quality control.

Ordered 2 k9s and didn't get a biscuit in either. Also didn't get anything to eat my mashed potatoes with. I understand they might be busy but this stuff happens to much at this location along with long wait times. But the chicken tenders were fresh. And they were polite. Just need to double check before you leave the drive thru because they don't.

Forget trying to place a late-night chicken order. We traveled 30 min out of our way, I placed the order in advance and my card was charged so we thought it was all good as the location was open several hours after our order was placed. Got to the locationand waited in the drive through to be told that they couldn?t fulfill any chicken orders, Taco Bell only. Made me call the kfc1800 number to be refunded. 100% nonsense 0% chicken. 0/10 would not recommend. Only giving 1 star because zero is not anoption.
