Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the food at this restaurant. The only exception was breakfast. We had made a reservation online a week in advance. After a few days, I received a call to join the orchestra, which I was unaware of. I explained that we just wanted a table for dining, which was not a problem. When we arrived on Friday night, I confirmed our reservation for the next day. However, on Saturday night, to our surprise, we were approached multiple times and left waiting. We were then informed that there was a private event in the outdoor area (the orchestra) and were asked to wait in the lobby. The inside of the restaurant was empty. My husband decided we would go somewhere else to eat and informed the staff. They apologized, but that was all. It was our wedding day, which I had mentioned during the reservation. It was disappointing to have this experience at a 4-star hotel. We ended up going to l'Osteria next door, which was good but not what we had envisioned for our special day. We are not demanding individuals, but we do expect a certain level of respect and service. While the cocktails we had on Friday night were good, the service was unfortunately not very attentive.

Then my husband said we were going somewhere else to eat and tell them they apologized, but nothing else. it was our wedding day and I had said that at the reservation. a shame to experience in a 4-star hotel. we were also good next to the l ́Osteria, but not what we wanted for our special day. we are not demanding people, but with a little more respect we want to be treated especially on such a day. on Friday night we drank good cocktails, but as I said, the service is unfortunately not very attentive

Food was very good. In fact, price performance is consistent. but over 7 euros for still water (750ml) is not possible.
