Tziganos - London

I would recommend Tzigano's friends because food was very nice, but service was very bad she forgot our ancestors and people who ordered after us got meals there. Had to ask 4 times for a jug of water. And Lady, who served us, could not understand English very well.

The food was great, but the service was terrible. I think they might be understated, so I give them a second chance.

The main problem is the type of music not right for a restaurant shame as we like the place and the food is very good

Booked a table through Opentable only to be told when we arrived it was closed for a private event. Total waste of time and with 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) we struggled to get anywhere else closeby. Awful that you can book and they dont even see it Manager said it was impossible to book online but i received the confirmation

Tziganos is a "Mediterranean" restaurant with a Madrid style tapas bar feel.
