The Stonemason's Arms - London

The Stonemason's Arms is a welcome addition to the Hammersmith/Chiswick portfolio hitherto a pretty arid spot in terms of juicy places to eat. Relatively simple but well presented and competently cooked fare ranges from Duck Breast with confit potatoes, black cherry vinegar, carrots walnuts to Beer battered fish and chips. Nicely done, comfortable place, well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Stonemasons' Arms is a great local gastro pub. The dishes are competently prepared and there is a good value set lunch, though the evening set lunch is not so well priced. The atmosphere is good, wines excellent and a good time was had by all. This was about our 6th meal at this pub so we have always enjoyed it all.

We came to the Stonemasons as it's close by. Food was served in small portions and not the best value for the price. Service was alright and overall atmosphere is that of an upscale pub, however the quality of the food was average and sizes pretty small.

Nice pub, Fullers always do good food! Our group kept growing but the staff were super helpful!

We meet socially monthly and this month chose The Stonemasons Arms. A very enjoyable lunch albeit that some items on the menu were unavailable on the day. It was a good pub, well kept beer and the food quality good. Some of our group thought that the cost was 'a little high ' but not unacceptable. I would not hesitate to return.
