The London Jukebox

The service at this restaurant was terrible with no organization. It was the first time I have ever left a restaurant. While this restaurant seemed like it had everything in place, in reality it was a disaster. We waited 20 minutes just to receive a menu, then placed our order only to wait another 45 minutes with still no food. Despite asking three different staff members, we still had no luck after an additional 30 minutes. There was no organization or communication among the staff. In the end, we left without even getting any food. On the bright side, the music was really good. I hope they improve their organization and consider hiring more staff. It's a real shame, and I'm sorry to say this.

The food at this restaurant is truly amazing and the staff is very friendly. While the atmosphere may not be the most romantic, the menu is absolutely delicious.

This is one of the worst places for Indian food I have ever tried outside of India. While I could elaborate further, I'll refrain from doing so to avoid potentially shutting down this establishment. On a more positive note, they did apologize and refund me for the chicken dish.

Ate mostly from the excellent selection of starters and street food, but intend to return soon to try the rest of the menu when time permits. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, food is excellent and the ambiance is comfortable yet fun!

Dreadful service no organization. the first time I ever left a restaurant. in theory this restaurant has crossed all boxes, but in reality it is a catastrophe to be honest. we wait for minutes before we get a menu. finally in our order and minutes later no eating. we asked employees without joy after another organization no communication between the staff. at the end we left without food. music was very good tho! I really hope that they will find out how they organize the whole process and maybe employ more waiting workers. I'm really sorry
