Lovely old school pub with a really nice homely feel, leading into a modern dining area. I had the beef roast dinner which came with a very generous portion of nice quality beef, plenty of roast potatoes and a good variety of vegetables, including tenderstem broccoli, greens and leeks too. A nice sized Yorkshire pudding was complemented with a generous serving of rich, flavoursome gravy and some of the best, creamiest and cheesy cauliflower. One of the best roasts I've had in a long time, and really reasonably priced too. Well recommended

Lovely pub off the beaten track. Does not look like there’s much going on from the outside but once you step in you’re greeted with impeccable, warm and friendly service, and the quintessential British pub decor Such a nice and cosy place to have a meal.
