The Chutney - London

Usually love coming here but missed the mark this time. Stale poppadoms, which when pointed out to staff were whisked away with a mumbled excuse, no replacement, apology or removal from bill. Patchy service to put it nicely. Waiting ages to order and for bill, couldn't catch anyone's eye to order a drink. Mains were nice, though overheard two other tables complaining about the food which didn't exactly add to the ambiance.

With 35% off food, this is good value for money, in a cosy venue. The food was good, but not memorable.
