Nice little spot. Cozy atmosphere, nice music, not too loud. Food was great; big portions and very tasty.

Thank you very much to the manager, chef and waiters/waitresses for hosting seven of us wonderfully. It was a very nice atmosphere and would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant simple place ideal for informal lunch, convenient location. Excellent steak.

Wonderful food, lovely staff. Can get a bit loud later in the evening.

Only shame is that when pub is full (ie 15 people at the bar) casual drinkers pretty much have to stand next to tables where people are eating and the noise levels are very high so along with feeling a bit closed in, one can't really hear the conversation at our table . ie too distracting. great service though. the pub does have a downstairs so maybe better eating there?
