I ordered chapli kebab for takeout and while eating at home, a large piece of stone cracked my tooth. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager in order to prevent this from happening to another customer. The manager, Shakeel, was incredibly rude and ill-mannered, shouting at me when I mentioned the incident. He refused to let me speak to the owner and dismissed my concerns about customer safety. When I informed him that I would write a negative review online to warn others, he threatened to delete it. This unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service left me shocked and disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer for over 5 years, I will never return to Taste of Pakistan due to Shakeel's disrespectful and dismissive attitude. It is important for businesses to listen to their customers and address their concerns with respect and professionalism, and I hope this feedback will prompt them to improve their practices.
