Lovely food at spaghetti House today. Was rather surprised to get the garlic mayo served in a plastic takeaway container. Would look better if presented in a small bowl. The drain problem that they have currently have let down our dining experience. That should be sorted out as soon as possible. You can smell it as soon as you walk through the restaurant door. Otherwise customers will eat elsewhere.

I chose this restaurant as the menu wasn't too expensive and is located within easy reach of the Albert Hall. I would say our waiter James seemed to be having a bad day and really struggled to smile. Cheer up James, it might never happen! I was surprised by the 13.5% service charge which is the highest I've seen but perhaps that's a sign of the times. Would I go again? Well I couldn't argue with the quality of the tiramisu.

This was the first time we had tried a Spaghetti House restaurant and we will be back! It Ticked all the boxes for both of use prior to going to the Bryan Adams concert at Royal Albert Hall!

Could not fault food or service. Restaurant was busy due to concert at RAH but we were not rushed or ignored.

The food was not of great quality and the restaurant did not have a great environment. It was very stuffy and the food was being served in plastic boxes. My starter arrived when I had eaten my main dish. The staff was nice but the restaurant was under staffed.
