Spaghetti House Goodge Street - London

This restaurant is just average. My lasagne was overcooked in the microwave and on the grill. However, my colleague's spaghetti with prawns was quite tasty. The service was generally inattentive.

I had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant, however I was surprised to find that they automatically included a 13.5% tip on the bill. I believe that tipping should be optional and up to the individual. It would have been more transparent if they had increased all menu prices by 13.5% instead of adding it on at the end. This tactic seemed like a way to make prices appear lower and pressure customers into paying a mandatory tip. I am willing to support businesses by paying for what I consume, but I was not comfortable with this practice.

Eating was very good and cheap, especially the wine service from our waitress samantha was excellent

We had seen some reviews of the spaghetti house that knocked it. we decided to try the place, we were not disappointed. everything I can say is eating, service and the employment was excellent and we would definitely recommend it. when leaving I said to the waitress that it was one of the best Italian restaurants where we eat and we would be back

The food was good, but for the quality it was overpriced. the service of the personal is fantastic. the restaurant also does not have baby changing facilities, but I was allowed to change my little one in the upper floor in their functional room.
