South Place Chop House - London

A lovely venue, good food and service, and a peaceful ambience

Booked a table for two for a business lunch. We were warmly greeted and seated promptly. The staff were all very pleasant but not overly attentive. We opted for two small dishes instead of starters and two main courses. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-presented. I would recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning in the future.

Staff need some additional training. Guest should not be referred to as ‘guys’. Dishes should be served to the guest not across other guests. When chasing following on a drinks order one should not feel that one is being told off for asking.

The restaurant always delivers with exceptional service and high-quality food.

It was fine, I had a cob salad which was a little disappointing as it all just came in sections toms in one bit, sliced avacado all together on the side, chicken all together in a pile and sauce came separately on the side might just be personal taste but I prefer my salad mixed and sauce throughout. Also made it hard to eat as wasn't much room in the bowl so trying to mix it yourself and get the sauce through the layers was just a task I'd rather do without when buying my lunch. Generally okay, nothing really to complain about just Good.
