The food at this restaurant was excellent, the wait time was reasonable, and overall it was very good.

The customer service was terrible and the management seemed disorganized.

Dining in Afrikana for the first time was lovely. Me and my friend had heard such great reviews and was intrigued by that and the Afro-fusion vibe and modern touch. The food was delicious, served in good portions and presented beautifully. While I appreciate the patience exercised by the waiter serving indecisive customers, it would have been nice and made our experience 5/5 to have had a friendly approach despite our uncertainty on what to choose.
