Some of the best foods I have eaten in a very long time with a price point to match the quality of ingredients on the plate and the attentive service.

The food was very good. But we felt that the service was a little poor. After we had to sit, we had to wait more than 10 minutes before we had a drink. The restaurant was half full, so not busy. Overall, the person who served us was very nice, but it seemed to be lacking overall energy.

The 3 employees at our table were very attentive and willing to have a quick social chat.

As an Italian national and good cook, I found Sartoria food to be fresh and tasty! The service was excellent and from the manager to the rest of the staff, they really care for customers. I'll be back soon!
