They refuse customers to buy a drink and use their public toilet. YOU HAVE TO ORDER FOOD! Rude staff. The restaurant opposite them is quite understanding.

Authentic cuisine, welcoming staff and very good price point, generous portions. The place is quite small and simple but the service and food make up for it. Really enjoyed my meal here! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Shame on the manager or staff behaviour. It is a cheap restaurant regarding the costumer service and cleaning . I’ve been in there with my daughter and before I enter I asked staff that it is ok to just order a dinner for her since I haven’t got any appetite and the staff said yes. but after that the manager or owner that I don’t know who, was arguing with staff that why I just order one food. His voice was quit loud that everyone in restaurant can hear him argument regarding my order , so I just canceled my order and we went out of there . The customer service was terrible and rude . If they was nice definitely I am becoming one the regular costumer but he lost one customer and I am sure he will lost more customer regularly. At the end , money is not every thing Your behaviour and your manner could make money. shame on you Regarding your reply to me : first of all I didn’t ask for free tea or free soup I order chicken nugget with chips for my daughter and soup for my self and ask for hot water which is unmake sense for you!? You are so a lair and not respect of dignity of people . When I was leaving I paid for my soup as well.I am not poor we was just out and I am living locally. And before I entered the restaurant I ask that I just want to order a chicken nugget for my daughter and you staff said yes.I am not poor you could see my style, my shoes MK) my watch omega)my coat MK) and I just coming to get free meal!???? So rude and lied . If I was poor you should respect my order . I am not step in your toxic place and rude manager or owner . You must apologise from me and I am going to complain of you because you are not respect my dignity front of your other customers and by lie reply that I was looking for free meal At the end, be careful full that god is every ever and can see and hear what are you saying especially for you that are a Muslim and have Muslim costumer.
