Rainforest Café - London

This place is definitely living on its uniqueness and nothing else. The food is awful and the staff are uninterested and will go out of their way to ignore you. I said we didn’t need a side with our child’s meal as there was nothing that went with pasta and I was told I could only have the meal if we if we ordered one! I wouldn’t go back or wouldn’t recommend if you want good food!

In other rainforest cafes, unfortunately, this one in london had fallen to the worst. eating is very bad, especially for children. the service was hastened and impersonal and gave the impression that everyone was not very happy to work there. the deco is still impressive, but there are much better experiences to go in london. the load is great.

The service is brilliant, but the quality of eating is really bad, my rump was terrible and they can feel that it comes from the refrigerator or be frozen few minutes before the grill. the child's vegetables were steamed like 15min and one can smash the carrots with the fork; the mais and inherited that look like rusty.

Amazing place! Amazing food, staff, everything was just amazing!!! Food was absolutely beautiful

Pricey for the quality of food you get, however I think you are paying for the location and atmosphere and the kids loved it
