Q Bar Restaurant - London

Booked early as we were going out. The table was ready for us and the staff extremely helpful. We had the set menu, which was varied if not extensive. The food arrived promptly and was of good quality. I would recommend using the restaurant, staff were friendly and food was good.

Great venue. Waiters so nice. Food delicious, not pretentious. Perfect for pre-concert if you're going to royal albert hall as we were.

Service was slow, staff couldnt be bothered. This isnt really a restaurant. We wanted a quick pre theatre dinner and booked at 5.45. We only managed to get through a main course before 6.50 when we needed to leave. I wouldnt recommend

We had a pre Promenade concert dinner, arriving at 5.55 for 6.15 booking. We ordered a drink, and were shown to our table, where we sat, and sat, and sat. At 6.35 I found the staff and and told them we needed to be out by 7.00. It may seem strange, but the staff, personally, were very good but inexperienced. Certainly willing and very polite. In the alcove of three tables, no one had any food though! However, in the end we were out by 7.00, but it was a bit hairy. The food? It was very good. This could be a good spot with some training and a more confident and proactive staff.

Enjoyable meal. Had difficulty finding it as no obvious sign outside.
