Pizza Hut - London

10 minutes late on predetermined pickup time, but honestly.... they make good pizza. I've had enough bad pizza to know the difference. Seriously.

Service was friendly, but they forgot my dip after asking several times for it until i gave up and ate my pizza without dip before it getting even more colder than it was when it arrived. Best thing is i paid for the dip tho, and could only check when i got out as i got no receipt during payment. Got the pizza for two and honestly its way too small for two people, recommended to get something beside the pizza. But it tasted good so two stars gor that. If tables were clean i would maybe add a third one. All in all i wouldn‘t go there anymore for this price.

I don't really understand the popularity of this place. You have to do everything yourself via the app, there's no consult from the staff. My daughter, cousin and I ordered 3 individual pizzas with drinks amounting to £50-wasn't value for money at all, and food average. Would not go back!

Garbage place. Rude as hell service. Disgusting food. Never again. Asked for dine in just after 10pm (website says it closes at 11) and the worker was extremely rude and said “it’s time to close and go to sleep mam”. I simply asked if any food was dine in rather than takeaway. Apparently I was being offensive with my question. I then ordered my takeaway pizza and asked him if possible to add an ingredient and he completely ignored me, only answering when my husband repeated my question. Absolute tosser.

This restaurant can not be trusted. I ordered food for delivery and it never arrived. Shortly after the tracking said that it has been delivered, it was not here. I was sure that the order had been stolen. I contacted the restaurant and informed them. They were non responsive and did not want to know about it. No offer to replace the order or refund the value of the order. Then I asked about the time when they handed the order to the delivery, they were very shy and vague as to the location of the food and driver. When told that the apps said delivered they just were claiming ignorance. Don't trust the restaurant or the service they provide. Im am now reporting this money theft to the police and CC.
