Nice food and a good place to eat if you don't fancy the restaurant experience.

Best falafel in St Paul’s. The salad, the hoummus and variety of toppings are delicious. The pitta bread that’s offered is also top notch. Only small criticism I have is that that falafel is a touch too crispy when it should be a lot more fluffy.

Used to go to another falafel place, but honestly believe that an amazing food can be ruined by an awful service. So happy I’ve found Pilpel. I went there on Wednesday after the lunch time and the guy who worked there been nothing but amazing. Really helpful and nice. Food was fresh and the most important in falafel places not dry! Full of flavour. Can’t wait to go back.

Best Franchise out there that makes you feel truly welcomed and is the last remaining bastion of customer service that puts the experience of its customers above its profit margins. Used to go Chipotle, tossed etc. Ditched them all for Pilpel. Mega friendly well trained staff that feel human and are always so chirpy. Despite the food quality and portions being 10/10 I'd go there just to see their smiling faces.

I got the hummus and guacamole container with white pitta and it was exactly what I needed after a long day. The gentleman who served me gave a very nice portion and was freshly made to order. Piping hot and the tahini was something else
