Nando's Park Royal - London

Our experience at this Chiquitos location was terrible, despite having visited many others before. We booked a table as part of a birthday trip to Wembley, expecting a great meal as usual. However, we were left waiting nearly 10 minutes for drinks and a further 10 before our food order was taken. The cocktails were nice, but the food was disappointing. My husband's burger was burnt, and when we pointed it out, the waitress agreed and exchanged it for a plain beef burger with limited salad. My chicken dish was dry and burnt on the edges, and the fries were a mix of undercooked and dry. Despite alerting the staff, we only received a partial refund for my husband's order and no compensation for mine. We also witnessed concerning behavior from two male managers, with one physically grabbing a waitress and ordering her to do something. The atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming, with staff appearing uncomfortable and unenthusiastic. Service was slow, and even after finishing our meal, we waited 10 minutes for our plates to be cleared despite there being few other diners. To top it off, our bill was incorrect. Overall, a very disappointing experience and we would not recommend this particular Chiquitos branch.

The food is really delicious. The staff are lovely, polite and just want to help. This location is a bit crowded and this restaurant is very large and is always busy. We went midweek late liunchtime and we waited for minutes before we were seated as the restaurant was full and busy. I love the food and this is a good branch but way too busy and crowded for me

Went to Nando's after visiting the bowling place opposite. It was our first time there, it was really nice place, nice staff, good fast food very convenient place with free parking. Would definitely go back

We visited during late lunchtime on a weekday and had to wait a few minutes before being seated due to the high demand. While I enjoy the food and recognize this as a good branch, the constant busyness and crowding make it overwhelming for me.

My partner's burger was burned, and even the waitress agreed it was overcooked. When it was sent back, it came out as a basic burger with limited toppings, not what was originally ordered. My meal also arrived dry and burned around the edges, with undercooked and dry fries. Although we alerted the staff and were eventually offered a partial refund on my partner's order, we did not receive any compensation for my meal. Furthermore, we observed two male managers behaving poorly towards the waitstaff, creating a tense atmosphere. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this particular Chiquitos restaurant.
