Nando's - London

I went to this restaurant for Father's Day and enjoyed a delicious meal with three others, which came to a total of £80 including drinks. I would definitely return as everyone loves Nando's.

I received very unsatisfactory service from a member of the Sunday staff. The individual was of mixed race, short, and had a bad attitude. It seemed like she put more effort into her eyelashes than into providing good service. Thankfully, another staff member named Jo was friendly, otherwise I would have rated this experience a 1!

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. The staff showed no interest in their jobs, with no friendly welcome or customer service. Other customers were served before us, and our main dishes sat on the counter waiting for our starters to be cooked. No one checked in on our meal, a standard practice at Nando's. It appeared that every employee did not want to be there. I will not be returning.

Disgusting service absolutely freezing in this places they don't listen to us and ignore us. They are terrible for a Friday. They have no plates. They are bad and no nothing. The only person that was at least able to help was called jaya

Their medium chicken never fails full of flavour! Waiting times aren’t too long food comes quick and always hot
