Of course service and eating was good, but exceptional. the restaurant is located in a well maintained old hotel that had charme.

The first time in the restaurant lansbury and I was very impressed. the personal was very friendly and professional, which made the experience a joy. the restaurant is very beautifully designed with amazing food. it took some time to arrive, but it was certain that eating is freshly prepared by scratches. fortunately it was worth waiting because it tasted as good as it looked. Overall, I would highly recommend giving this place an attempt.

The shocking service they apologised, but over an hour between quite basic main course and appetizers is unacceptable. good food wise, but no service experience we will repeat

My partner and I stayed here in the week to use a voucher that I had on another place for the afternoon tee; but stay in this hotel ended the main feature of the visit. we were in the octagonal room that has a big wow factor that were amazing, but so was the room together with it's luxury features. the staff was very friendly and helpful, we had to drop our bags long before check-in and leave them for a series of hours after check-out, but that was certainly not a problem for the staff. we decided to have the breakfast after we have seen the reviews online and it was certainly not disappointing, the waitress offered hot drinks regularly and the buffet was constantly refreshed, so I would recommend this as part of their stay. overall this was an excellent hotel, great location with wonderful staff and in mind that it was amazing value for money. If they don't stay here, they'll lose!

Amazing. the room was beautiful, the staff was incredibly polite, eating in the restaurant was fantastic and we were as impressed by the dinner as we were the breakfast bar. the situation is not central, but we prefer to take the public transport a little further to stay in a quiet opposite. we would like to stay here again if we're ever in london.
