Koi Sushi Garden - London

We decided to give this restaurant a try, since he had been there before and we really enjoyed it. The service was extremely friendly and quick, with Max our server being a delight to chat with and very friendly (and also having good taste in music.) The food was absolutely delicious.

My first visit to this restaurant was fantastic! The exceptional customer service made it a memorable experience - Max went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and enjoyed ourselves. There were many delicious vegetarian options available, and the prices were very reasonable. The decor was also very beautiful.

I wasted my money thinking it would be better spent at Koi Sushi Garden. The steamed rice was cooked with butter, and the steamed vegetables seemed like they were just thawed and drained. The whole experience at this place was disappointing and low quality. Another family in the restaurant let their kids play with a large RC car, and the staff did nothing to intervene. For a complimentary New Year's drink, the waitress brought us a murky orange liquid and claimed it was "strong," but didn't disclose what it actually was. It was disgusting.

The food was good, but the service to take order was waited for almost 45 minutes and was told that there were many delivery orders! then there was a misunderstanding when we were told "no more likely" instead of the 2 main courses ordered! So we waited and nothing came! As we had children with us, we couldn't order again. as a scandal as eating well and it was a pleasant evening and the big candle on the birthday pie magie

Great place for easy sushi. quiet and comfortable with great service.
