Kingsley Two Brasserie - London

Went to Kingsley Two Brasserie with a friend for a catch up. The main restaurant was closed so we were seated in the bar to eat where they had some tables set up to the side. It was very quiet but the food was good and the service was good too.

Wonderful restoration of the bank building the hostess could not have been more accommodating despite the fact that we had inadvertently booked a restaurant of the same name in London they managed to squeeze us in the staff was exceedingly professional but warm. The food was outstanding each of our meals and apps was well prepared and gorgeous. Not a criticism if anything at all. Looking forward to returning

Awful service from start to finish- we actually left before the food was served. There was no indication of how long the food would take or what the delay was. We sat there for nearly two hours and got offered a bowl of ready salted crisps whilst waiting.

Our experiance here was terrible, food very poor, service even poorer, despite us being the only two people in the restaurant over a 2 and half hours, we did wander why it was empty, and we soon found out. Would not reccomend anyone to go there, completely ruined our time in london, and we are takeing our complaint further. So my advice don,t bother, there is some lovely restaurants nearby, that want your custom.

We had an early booking due to a theatre reservation so the restaurant was empty however the service was excellent as was the food. Two of us had pork belly and scallops which were delicious, the others had a salmon and broccoli risotto with a lobster bisque and pork loin. I would visit again but would recommend a later booking for additional ambience.
