We had a Lovely waitress and The food was very good.

Horrible service, my group sat down for 10 minutes without getting any menus or even a greeting from the staff.

You can never go wrong with pizza at Pizza Express. They consistently deliver good quality food that they are known for. However, I find their menu to be somewhat boring as it mostly consists of classic dishes. I usually opt for the American pizza as it is the most appealing option for me. The dough balls are a nice starter to warm up your appetite. Pizza Express is like a more upscale and healthier version of Pizza Hut, catering more towards adults than families with children. However, this is not necessarily true as the restaurant is popular among all demographics. The service is friendly and the waitstaff is charming. The ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful and it is common to see people dining here after work.

I had a great experience using the o2 priority app to order a snow teig dessert at this restaurant. I only wanted that dessert and was surprised when the waiter said it was possible. It felt like a special treat, almost like a free sample, but I will definitely be ordering it again and paying for it next time. It was delicious and worth every penny.

We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday at this restaurant with 17 children, and it was amazing! The pizzas were a good size and had fresh ingredients, the children had fun, and I would highly recommend it. However, I was surprised to have to pay a service fee, even though we were happy to pay. As a mother of 4 children, paying almost £30 on top of the £11.95 per child was frustrating. But seeing my daughter happy at the end of the day made it worth it. Thank you for providing such a great experience with your pizzas.
