I have to say that eating was not disappointed, in the opposite. a strong selection of Persian style tapas dishes or small teller . the harissa dressing bow steak was so professionally cooked that if I had closed my eyes, I could have been a table in to michelin star restaurant. the dishes were all fresh, delightful fragrant and boiled. that comes from a real foodie. gluten-free and there were many options for me and they have clearly marked a menu to help us with our decisions. the service was very good. it was friendly and attentive and they tried hard, but it felt overall a lack of consistency in standard of experience and education. although we have looked around and visited each other. my only critique was the strange choice of music. sounds like one of the waitress took over the sound system with her own music taste, which felt somewhat uncongruens for the entire ambiente. the last word must be over the decor. charming. both modern with a pub to the Persian verb, it was a pleasant firm for my eyes. as a design fan I was particularly impressed by the choice of lighting, they could have been very at home in one of the kind after overpriced w1 restaurants: overall very happy with this inadvertent fund. If I were in the Clapham area, I would definitely go back to explore more about the menu.
Lovely good from a cuisine not quite like anything I'd had before. Aubergine, pomegranate, sumac, lamb and fish some delightful flavours. Don't be fooled by the structure of the menu you'll need a sharing dish each on top of sharing starters.
Beautiful environment and great mood unfortunately was eating tiny portions, very expensive and three of our six Meze dishes were burned. I would not recommend this place and eat here again
I thought it was better. the house red wine was the best. Some dishes could have made better. the aubergine was a bit blanding and tasteless, it tasted only from cigarette sticks. the lamb was beautiful like the chicken wings and the hiumi frits. but about the price level for what it is, I was not blown away.
This was our second visit the first was fantastic, great service, great eating, great atmosphere. I don't know if there was a change in the administration or the manager was gone, but the service was bad and they played loud music and not just background music, but bands like the killer it was more like what they would expect in a bar than a nice restaurant. first we thought maybe there was a party in the back room, but the music was only from the to the contrary and seemed more for the staff than the customers. eating was simply a scandal about the service and the music.
