Hilton Düsseldorf Restaurant Max

The Burgerbuffet was great, great selection and super seasoned. Only the chicken was a bit dry. But for that the baked fish and the minced meat was superb! I'm happy to come back!

Hello, this review does not concern the Max. This was closed against all confirmations for the breakfast we booked. Instead, there was a bad breakfast in a giant room. Instead of an 8 table we wanted to give us two four tables. The buffet was plundered and it looked grievous. Only after my request to ensure order and, for example, to remove spilled milk/ juices, you became active.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely welcoming and accommodating. They were able to accommodate special requests in the kitchen, resulting in delicious and flavorful dishes.

The Boston fish market buffet was for me rather a disappointment! with about 60€ per person absolutely overpriced. The oysters were micky, the spicy crab cocktail was not present. The soup was lukewarm (although very tasty), there was no lobster, which is classic Boston Fishmarket for me. The whole fish (3 varieties) and the fish fillets (5 varieties) were rather lower standard. The main dish was rounded off by a variety of scampis and green shell mussels. The supplements, especially the vegetables, were extremely disappointing. Six varieties of vegetables were mixed together in a Bainmarie. The taste was cruel. The dessert buffet was ideenless and consisted of thawed convenienz cakes and ready mousses. The cheese plate was also ideenless and consisted of Camembert with various tastes (Pfeffer, Paprika). The bread was unfortunately not filled during our stay. In the guest room is very loud. As well as some more guests are present, the whist strength level rises directly into the unpleasant area. Great praise to the staff, which is very friendly and attentive.
