We were quickly seated at the restaurant, which was a positive start, but unfortunately the experience went downhill from there. It took 30 minutes for a server to come take our order, and when she did, she rushed us to order quickly due to a backlog of Deliveroo orders in the kitchen. Our food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, our order was incorrect. We had to remind the staff about missing wings halfway through our meal, but they still hadn't arrived 20 minutes later. When we asked to cancel the wings order, it seemed like an inconvenience to the staff and no apology was given. It's clear that this business needs to improve its service and staff in order to survive.

Dip and Flip used to be one of our favorite restaurants in Clapham, but every takeout order we have received from them in the past year has been terrible. Tonight, our entire order was incorrect (a recurring problem), and despite requesting a new order, it still had missing items and was of extremely poor quality. The gravy was tasteless, the chicken tenders were burnt, and the burgers were soggy. I will not be dining there again!

I highly recommend this restaurant for their fantastic burgers with roasted meat and gravy. The cheesy fries, however, have become disappointing as they are now dry and lacking in cheese for £4.50. Despite this, the overall experience is still great.

My 9 year old son and I have travelled to London from Birmingham today, after a busy day out site seeing we visited the restaurant for dinner. We walked in around 7 and were seated straight away by our friendly, energetic waitress Violett. She was fantastic with my son talking about our day out and even brought him a free Oreo milkshake, he was over the moon. He had the bacon, cheese burger. Meat was fresh and juicy and cooked to perfection. I had 4 chicken tenders also superb and lovely and crunchy. Fries very tasty and well seasoned and I enjoyed the addition of gravy. We will definitely be back and thanks again to Violett who really made the difference to our experience.
