We were starving and really craving a quesadilla, which was pretty hard to find in Madrid.

My sister and I Came here because it looked and smelled yummy and we were not disappointedWe Had split the ox burger and the goat cheese salad.

This place looks amazing and very welcoming from the outside. we put our order for food and two of us came first. I tried a chip and it was hardly warm. the manager (I suppose she was the manager as very intelligent dressed and the...Rest of the staff had uniform, but she has an outstanding suit) had delivered the food and I asked for vinegar. she said she would bring it. the third plate of the food came and I said to the waiter and my horned check their chips are hot as our both are cold. he didn't recognize it at all, so we wore eating. no vinegar was bought, we were completely forgotten. if that is the service that the manager offers, then it is a care. No one came through our food to even check on us so that we have eaten cold chips without edgy, so it did not like. when they came to collect the plates, O said I was not happy, but nothing happened. I refused to pay the service fee because we had no service at all. pity as beautiful place, but not good enough service and cold chips.

On an icey cold evening I entered the restaurant that wore shopping bags and looked unglamorous. the restaurant staff was friendly and welcoming. I asked if I was ordering myself, and they showed me a place where I could place my bags, watch a menu and order. wow! the atmosphere is elegant with beautiful chandeliers and magnificent sitting. it makes fun to spy the Dessert window box from the es pane. When I returned to my hotel about 20 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of my fungal parmesan risotto and huh with carrots and green beans. every bite was delicious and satisfying. thank you for making my last meal in london special.
