They don’t know house to answer their phone and it just rings out

Food was good and portion size is very generous. You can book which is great for brunch. Def recommend

Great service and great food, would definitely recommend.

Turned up for a table for brunch at 11 am. Floor was being cleaned with bucket blocking door. No welcome or acknowledgment from staff. Found our own table. Sat down to a constant beeping from an alarm panel next to us. Asked if they could turn it off. They said no, so we left. Food may have been fine but we didn’t get that far as customer service was 0.

I had a reservation for three on Monday afternoon, and there was only one staff who told us on the day, when we arrived that they can only serve pancakes for brunch. Mainly because they are understaffed and didn’t know where the other staff were. Bearing in mind we had a reservation, this was very inconvenient and unprofessional.
