Be Lounge - London

I am looking to get a refund as I arrived at the restaurant around 11:05 and found that it was closed.

The restaurant has a great location. The back area of the lounge is beautiful, although it can be a bit noisy due to the music playing through the wall. It would be even better if this section of the restaurant were designated for both Shisha enthusiasts and non-smokers.

I was really disappointed as there was 4.6 star review and good reviews for this restaurant online, but my friends and I had a terrible experience. there were extremely loud and inconspicuous guests, the place in the restaurant is small, but from any reason the opposite is to make pictures much bigger. the waiter and waiter were polite, but went away when I tried to call their attention. the service was slow, we waited 40 minutes to arrive for our food. Average food. Nice ambience and drinks. Very pricey, aimed at tourists.

Awful food Cold and tasted stale Steak was chewy and tasted of detergent potatoes weren’t crispy and looked stale Prawns were undercooked Awful experience and charged us crazy amounts for service charge I would not recommend this place Definitely not to eat !!!
