Valle Eatery - Lompoc

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. Our server, Dakota, provided excellent care. The ribeye was a bit overcooked (ordered medium but received well done), so I suggest ordering a level down or requesting them to monitor it closely.

The food is good and the bar is great. However, the service in the dining area can be a bit slow. I will definitely return soon.

This is an ideal spot for meeting up with friends. The staff is welcoming and the food is served promptly, hot, and tasty. I ordered the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and broccolini, and everything was customized to my liking.

Friendly service, delicious food and different areas of dining have different atmosphere. We sat around the corner from the big open area, past the bar. Nice and quiet high top table for 2!

Lovely service, everyone was very kind during our two visits. We tried the pepperoni/olive pizza, halibut tacos, and house French fries, and all were delicious. Nice assortment of beers, wine, and cocktails the blueberry mojito I tried was very refreshing. The bar area was our favorite for seating, it's tucked into a nice corner and is a little more quiet than the Eatery seating in the hotel lobby. We did not try the patio, but it seems like a pleasant place to dine on a summer evening. We'd definitely go back!
