Subway - Lompoc

I have been living here for 11 years and I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The only slightly negative experience I had was when they forgot my bacon, but overall they are nice, never rude, and provide amazing customer service. The food is good and the cookies are amazing. I would give them 5 stars in the end.

I stopped by just after 9:00pm after a long drive, not realizing the restaurant's closing time. However, the Open sign was still on and the door was wide open, so I assumed they were still open. Upon entering, the employee at the counter informed me that they were closed. I found it rude to be addressed as "bro" and thought it was unprofessional for them to have the Open sign still lit and the front door open if they were closed. Additionally, the staff appeared to be more interested in chatting than cleaning up the store.

I received my order accurately, and there is a good discount available for online orders. The service is efficient for take out, and I had a satisfying lunch. The price per person ranges from $1 to $10. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5. I recommend trying the Black Forest Ham dish. There is ample parking space with a free parking lot available.

The manager, Lorena, needs to improve her professionalism and refrain from gossiping and making accusations about people. Her rude behavior during my visit has dissuaded me from returning to this restaurant as long as she is employed there.

Whenever you visit this restaurant, there is almost always an issue.
