When they did the new building they should have did new employees as well ? because no one had any customer service skills ? the cashier was standing with no guess an I told them that some tables needed cleaning and when she decided to come an wipe tables she used about 3 paper towels and used them same paper towels on the other tables and she wiped the trash can and still used them same paper towels and went to the big middle table and that's when I walked out and no I will never go back because that's just nasty not to mention covid ????
Had to go back to the counter for utensils, side that was misding,no butter or honey for biscuits. Stood waiting for a ridiculous amount of time before any would acknowledge me very embarrassing as thst happened ALL 3 times I went to counter usually go thru drive however granddaughter wanted to sit down inside Newly remodeled building good thing too since I was missing stuff. Went again today thru drive for quick dinner had to ask for total asked about fries since inthe area I was looking at didn't indicate if fries were Included worker sounded irritated I'd asked the question. Then had to ask for my drink after person at window handed me my food and said have a good day and just stared at me got home no napkins ,no butter or honey and fries were cold and barely filled the container over $10 and I must say I'm 2 for 2 so .... pretty dissatisfied I won't being back anytime soon to aggravating and I don't want to have my mood change be ause customer service is so lame it's not rocket science it's just fast food and although I'm sure im just one person wouldnt be surprised how many others got the same preschool level of customer service. And yes I know what it's supposed to after having worked in customer positions for 40 yrs these guys were clueless and mind you people talk to others the exponential grow of that negitive interaction cost you money just saying they should take it bit more serious many would love to have a job and not act in such cavalier manner.
Messed up order 5 times and refused to give a refund for their mistake. Would not come
