Rosie's Restaurant Bar - Lomira

It's always sad to lose a business, but the fact this one is closing soon is not surprising. The owner and management here are incompetent. The owner sits at the bar playing on her phone while drinking and the manager shoots the breeze with whoever he feels like talking to, while the staff struggle to take care of the guests. The servers have always been wonderful and we usually enjoyed the food. We just left there after waiting more than 1.5 hours for a salad, kids macaroni and cheese, and a burger that we never got. The bar area was busy and the waitress did her very best like she always does, but had absolutely no support from the other staff or the manager- which we've seen A LOT here. We get that places are understaffed and we have no problem waiting longer or not having the best service, but this issue is 100% on management. We paid for our drinks and appetizer, gave our server a nice tip and left.

Fish fry small portions. Pizza is ok. No fresh mushrooms. Main menu items are pricey.

Had lasagna, was very good, but cold in the middle. Took 20 minutes just to heat it up when I got it back it was sloppy looking and not as good. Not sure what changed. Also ordered pizza to go. Sauce too spicy for me.

It took 40 minutes to get 2 fish friesThe walleye was overcooked. They didn't seem to have an organized .

My family of 10 showed up, was seated in short time and great service.We had a few appetizers and some pizza. Not one thing to complain about!Great service, unheard of service, and everything was delicious.
