Nice place. good place for casual dining with friends and family.

The food is top and they have delicious desert. lovely place and staff are very friendly. if you come to Lome and you visit le Phenecien you will understand what I mean.

Located on Boulevard du Mono, 3 Etages is a place that everyone should visit. The first floor is perfect for a quick meal during your working day, while the second floor is ideal for a business lunch, considered the best in the city due to its excellent staff, delicious food, and reasonable prices. The third floor is a great spot for coffee or a late dinner, where 12€ is enough to enjoy a meal and coffee in a pleasant atmosphere.

I enjoyed dining at this Lebanese restaurant in a relaxed atmosphere. The ground floor area feels more like a fast food chain, but the food is delicious. The shawarma, beef and chicken dishes, hummus, and other traditional Middle Eastern offerings are excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive. I have dined here multiple times and plan to return again in the future.

I spent a lovely evening at this beautiful restaurant for two hours. I ordered a fresh juice and received a beautiful shisha. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for those who love Lebanese food and shisha.
