Panda Express - Lombard

I ordered two orders of orange chicken and brown rice and two orders of veggie rolls with extra sweet-and-sour. We went through the drive-through. The rice tasted like watery. The chicken was dry. They didn't give me any sweet-and-sour , or a fork, or straws for our drinks. The meal was almost $30. The whole order was terrible and missing stuff I asked for.

I got the Shrimp and Orange chicken around 830pm mainly because that was what they had the most of. The food was typical panda express food. My issue was with the little Mexican dude with the mustache who thinks he's incharge. He needs to learn how to treat the fellow staff especially the girl who was working tonight, he emerassed her in front of me and I felt obligated to tell her she can always look elsewhere for work. She shouldn't have to. He should learn how to treat people or else someone's gonna teach him themselves. Peace

The drive through is ridiculously slow for scooping food in a container

Went through drive through tonight. worker was too busy talking to her coworker about texting some guy to actually help a paying customer. no silverware, no chopsticks, no napkins, and the food was spilled in the bag. Cmon now. Yall kids nowadays cry about min wage being too low and then you cant even do the most basic thing?

I love the new location; the atmosphere is very bright and cheerful. The staff take pride in keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. My 4 year old is a huge fan and I appreciate that they always have her favorites and there's never a wait time to get anything out.
