Dunkin' - Lombard

I place my order on the DD app every Sunday, and they always have it ready for me without exception.

This location always takes my orders quickly and accurately. I also visit the one on Ogden, but I often have to double-check the bag there, unlike in Lombard. The staff here are genuinely friendly and always seem happy to see you.

The staff at this restaurant displayed racial bias. It seems that Indian customers receive preferential treatment, such as complimentary donuts, while others are not treated with the same respect. My mother was given a cup of coffee grounds instead of an actual drink, and when she brought it up, the staff treated her poorly. Despite being regular customers who visit every day and leave generous tips, we have decided to take our business to Starbucks from now on.

Terrible service everytime I come to this location. Employees seemed annoyed I decided to change my order and then said I could switch it because it was already made. I thought the customers came first. Definitely my last time coming here , I much ratherdrive less than half a mile to the other Dunkin? location even if this one?s closer to my job.

A location! These are some of the nicest and coolest DD employees anywhere. I drive out of my way just to come to this location and I always get greeted by my first name when I walk in. More than just coffee here .. Friendly faces who are alwaysreally cool.
