Restaurante la Butaca - Loma Verde

The buffet breakfast was super nice, but the service was outstanding. We wanted a table with lake wiew and the manager went out of his way to get that for us.At dinner time we went to Italpast but after a stroll my husband wanted to get some dessert and a glass of whisky so we headed to La Butaca to have some buffet dessert which was unexpensive (90 pesos each) and we tried the brownie, some ice cream, some fuits and a nut pie.All very tasty.

Excellent waitresses but very poor and slow kitchen. Food would take up to 60 minutes to come.The buffet was not refilled and if you arrived more than 1 hour after de opening fiew things were available.If you asket for coffee and a piece of cake it would take them 40 minutes to bring it, even if the Butaca was almost empty.

We went for dinner at 10.30 and the buffet was almost empty (closes at 12), so we ordered food from the menu and our plates arrived after almost 1 hour.The same happened to get the dessert.Waiters were very good and always appologized, we knew it was not their fault.

Nice restaurant, well designed, delicious food, service was also very good. The meat tasty and the deserts are to die, must taste all salads and the variety of fruits.
