Fantastic location and service with coffee/water/fruit for free use throughout the afternoon. We then see that there is 15% on an overnight stay, but it doesn't apply to us, why won't you answer! Got an email but refund great they are taking care of it! Thanks changing the stars to 4 because it's a great place! The TV didn't work but the technician couldn't come until the next day. Practice

Overall, a fine hotel, the location right next to Lake Maribo and with the cathedral as a neighbour, you probably can't complain too much about that. However, it is quite noisy in the rooms, so you often hear doors slamming/closing and you could invest in new doors/windows to alleviate this a bit. The breakfast is very standard for a hotel, which is what it should be. However, the level of service is high, free fruit and coffee/tea are offered all day, there is free cake/soft ice cream in the afternoon and there is free mini golf and a playroom for the children. The only thing missing here is some better Wi-fi, in the morning it works ok, but in the afternoon/evening when everyone is on it can't pull anything at all. The beds are so far ok, for my taste they are too soft, but not so that your back hurts. The rooms themselves are generally nice/clean but seem a bit tired, with original doors/sockets, retro furniture and carpets. If you just changed the carpet to a more neutral one, it would do a lot for the expression
