Applebee's Grill - Logansport

Me my girlfriend her daughter and our 4yr old blind and disabled son came in around 630 tonight. They were busy but once we were seated they didn 't offer a high chair for our son, so they expected us to hold him the whole time I 'm assuming. Then the waitress asked are you all still going to order so we got up and left. Went to the parking lot behind Applebee 's to order online for curbside pickup. So we sat in the parking spot waiting for our food. Then 12 minutes after the time our food was going to be done I had to go in and I asked the 3 waiters, standing by the door not doing anything, that I ordered for curbside pickup and our food was supposed to be done about 15 minutes ago, aren 't you guys supposed to hr brining it out to the vehicle? One of the waiters replied, 'No go stand by the bar and they will bring it to you . So I 'm confused on why is it called curbside pickup if I have to go in? If someone could push this to the manager or someone of some authority I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

This was actually the worst service I ever experienced. I took my wife there for lunch and was the only people in this certain section. When we set down we ordered our drinks and an appetizer. When we received our mozzarella sticks, they weren't even fully cooked. Cheese wasn't melted at all and was cold. We set there for over an hour waiting for our food to be brought out. Our waitress never came to give us an update or anything. The only time we seen her was after the hour she dropped of a drink for a refill of something we didn't even order. At the 1 hour and 15 minute mark I ask the waitress where our food was. At this time the area we were sitting in was packed and everyone was almost completed eating there food getting ready to leave and here we are still with no food and our waitress saying she wasn't sure about our food. When waitress comes back after 1 hour and 25 minutes and states that the food should be out in 1 minute. 15 minutes after that food was still not received. It was at this point my wife and I decided to get up and leave after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes with no food and no waitress. I am very disappointed!

My only negative thought is, when we are done with the meal, the waitress did not come back again. I set with a friend to catch up and we were totally ignored, the service and drinks were done as far as she was concerned.

Management goes the extra mile to ensure that my food meets dietary restrictions. A+ APPLEBEESrecent visit Server A+ all you can eat boneless wings warm temperature re order 4 nuggets 15 minutes between refill ugggh had to leave due to kids bed time

Open when everything else was close.
