Red Lobster - Logan County

It's still a good place to dine in. The food was very good. The staff was pleasant as well. It's worth the visit.

I travel for work and I’ve been to this restaurant three times now because after the first bad experience, I decided to follow it up and give it another shot and the second experience I had was OK so I decided to go back again which was a mistake, and the third time was even worse than the first time. Our server was great. My husband enjoyed his shrimp. I ordered a Ceasar Salad and a Sirloin Steak (because I am watching carbohydrates) and wow the Sirloin Steak was the toughest “steak” I've had. I make Sirloin Steak in my oven pretty often so I'm pretty picky with Steak and theirs was pretty bad. I know it's a seafood place but at least not serve items if they are incapable of grilling a good quality cut of meat. Also the Ceasar Salad was drenched in dressing and was soggy.

Wouldn’t come back to this location if you paid me. Waited for over 20 minutes after my estimated pick up time for a pick up order, didn’t remotely have the correct order brought when it was, mentioned this and the fact that during my time sitting there with no drink or anything in front of me not a single person asked if I needed help (even though the manager had time to chit chat with the people next to me at the bar) to management and got nothing more than a sorry. Brought our mom here for her birthday, had excellent service and the food was great.
