Pho Noodle House - Logan County

Great food but we got sat and another family that got sat after us and got service before us and we still waited for service an additional 10 minutes. Was quote 45 minutes for food and it came out after an hour. Our waiter acted like she forgot. Better service would make this place a 5 star restaurant.

A good pho place in Peoria. The ambience is very nice. The drawing/decor was colorful. The staff are friendly and polite. The pho was good and the portions are huge. The dumplings are ok but the sauce was very good. The Kung pao shrimp was also very good with lots of veggies. Thai tea with popping bubbles was ok. It was very expensive.

I think the only thing that doesn't give it an overall 5 stars for me is their hours. They have a 2 hour window during the day but then open all night.

Now I absolutely LOVE Vietnamese cuisine. But this spot is NOT authentic Vietnamese or Pho. Like, I don't even know if any Vietnamese people work in the kitchen or own this restaurant. Because, it's missing signature Vietnamese /or Asian spices/flavors fresh herbs typically traditionally given as Pho garnish like fresh Dandelion Greens a bunch of Purple or Sweet Basil. I used to go all the time with my husband when they were open for lunch. Now that it's only open for dinner, it's a special treat. The food is always delicious and the bubble teas are always a fun addition.
