Worst experience. The lady named Mayde(thats what she called herself) is spoiling the image of Mcdonals. Very rude lady and she should be fired from here, if Mcdonalds wants to keep up its image. She is frustrated with something and spitting that frustration on customers. My order number is 654, of 1 Hot Chocolate at 3:46 PM on Sep 26 2021. I ordered a large strawberry shake and 2 for $6 sandwiches. At the 2nd window I was handed a strawberry smooth, I told the lady I ordered a Shake she took the smooth back and then came back to the window we out of shake right now and handed me my sandwiches. I said for the inconvenience can I have the smooth? She look at me dirt and said no.
