When this place first opened it used to be good and I loved using my rewards but I see a huge difference in the workers and this place just doesn’t have the friendly vibe it once had before other than that the food is okay.

Came in today. Great customer service– 10/10 Food– 5/10 ordered the bacon 3 cheese steak, would not order again. The bacon seemed more like turkey bacon which is not what I expected. Regular bacon would have made it perfect. The fries were not good at all. I ate two of them. They were quite dark so the grease must've not been fresh. Not happy about that since I paid the meal price for them. The lemonade was just ok. Might come back but will likely skip the fries.

I walked in and it was clean and I was greeted instantly they were very polite service was fast and the food was great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

This is by far my favorite Charleys location in all of the southern suburbs! The store manager was very attentive and informative when it came to taking my order. 5/5 would recommend even for their desserts!
