Casey's - Logan County

Well it’s been one year since I gave this one star. Still the most rude gas station in town. They need to shut it down completely not just overnight. Every time I go there it’s a negative experience. The corporate office must not care how the employees treat customers. Tall kitchen employee with sunglasses tried to pick a fight in the parking lot with a customer about 130 or 2 o’clock on January 9. I would rather drive across town than ever set foot in this gas station again.

Ordered a pizza got it like this. Called talked to the manager on duty and she said she would remake it and bring it herself which she did. Second picture is the second pizza could only eat two piece one for each of my kids. Called the manager back SHE WAS RUDE. Said I was wrong. Called corporate they were very kind kind got my money back and that manager will probably be getting in trouble. She was rude very rude. Will not be using this Casey’s anymore. Went there to get gas and though the lines were long, and some customers were paying inside, it went quickly. Someone with wheelchair license plates even had an employee come out to pump their gas, and she seemed nice even though they were swamped. I paid at the pump, so don't know what it was like inside.

Ordered a large pizza to be delivered. Never got the pizza. Called the store, advised. Manager told me delivery driver delivered pizza to wrong address. Told me she would refund my money. Never received a refund. 3 days later while walking, saw the pizza still in the box on a step at a vacant condo. Still, no refund.
