Bulldog Ale House - Logan County

This is a nice small chain restaurant. It is better than a chili's or Fridays for sure. They have a more local feel because they hire neighborhood younger people and have some great food and drink specials. Nice bar area for watching games too.

The house salad was really good. We also got the Wednesday special (half price pizza) which was also good.

HORRIBLE service! Struggled to get anyone to serve us at the bar, took WAY too long once food was finally ordered. No follow up, fries were cold, and it took WAY too long to pay. Other Patrons encouraged us to walk out without paying, but we waited. Overall it was 2 hours for 2 beers and dinner at the bar? Won’t be back!!

The Bulldog is great for what it is. Economical dining in a relaxed atmosphere. This is not fine dining but the burgers are good, the chicken strips too. Deb really likes their Parm fries and I like the tortilla soup. And the price is right. Dinner and a cocktail for two about $50 with tip.

Service for the most part was solid. Had some trouble trying to get a waiter here and there but they were all polite. Vibe and atmosphere was great, only complaint is that it got really hot at random times during the night. Food overall was good. Really enjoyed the boneless wings. Ordered beignets, which came really quick but without sauces, had to ask for them and even then forgot to bring caramel after asking twice… But it didn't matter because they were not good.
